Since we are sort of captive to the parents place, we havent wandered far afield yet, but I did take some beachy photos. The beaches here are pretty rough. It is all hard rock and coral bits. Anything that looks like sand is either imported to the island, or ground up coral. One doesnt simply walk bare foot into the ocean around here.
Here is a photo of the whole island from spaaaaaace, with a dot where my phone has found me.
And here is the closeup of our area. You can see the little saltwater inlet to the south that is in front of Esmeralda. Our beach walk today took us between the two.
